Two individuals have lost their lives after a single car accident. The accident took place around Naples, Florida.

The ‘Click It or Ticket’ program is set to begin in Florida on Tuesday.  The program is a new program that will allow any individual in a car to receive a ticket for not wearing their seatbelt,  minus a few exemptions.

This new push into wearing a seatbelt was brought on by the promise of federal grant money to be spent on projects in Florida with the passage of the new program.

An early morning accident on the United States Highway 192 has caused the death of one woman and the injury of at least two other individuals in the vehicle.

The accident took place early Tuesday morning around 2:30 a.m. For unknown reasons, the driver lost control of the vehicle and overcorrected.  This caused the vehicle to overturn on its roof and slide off the road.  The vehicle eventually stopped after slamming into a utility pole.
